Hill Country Transit District (HCTD) dba The HOP, a political subdivision of the State of Texas, provides general public transportation services in a nine-county area in Central Texas. HCTD is soliciting proposals for management services for an Interim General Manager intended to be a bridge between HCTD’s current state of operations and the hiring of a permanent General Manager.
