RFP No. 2021-FP-17 Management Information System
Proposals will be received at the offices of the Corpus Christi Regional Transportation Authority, hereinafter called the “CCRTA”, at 600 N. Staples Street, Corpus Christi, Texas 78401 or by email at procurement@ccrta.org until 3:00 p.m. (CST) Monday, December 13, 2021, for a cloud-based Management Information System. This will be a five (5) year base supply and service contract with an optional two (2) one-year options. Proposals will be valid for one hundred twenty (180) calendar days from the Board approval date. Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted and will be returned to the Proposer unopened. The CCRTA’s estimated start date of implementation is March 1, 2022, with an estimated time of completion of twelve (12) months from the executed contract date.
It is anticipated that any supplies under the resulting contract from this solicitation may be funded by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) 5307 fund (Grant Number TX-2021-066) and is contingent upon funding availability; therefore, all rules and regulations related to the funding source apply.
PROPOSERS are encouraged to attend a pre-proposal conference scheduled for 3:00 p.m. (CST), Thursday, November 11, 2021, in the CCRTA’s Boardroom on the second floor of the Staples Street Center located at 602 N. Staples Street, Corpus Christi, Texas 78401. The purpose of this meeting is to provide an overview of the requirements of the project and to answer any questions proposers may have concerning this procurement. Although attendance is not mandatory, proposers are strongly encouraged to attend.

Hill Country Transit District (HCTD) dba The HOP, a political subdivision of the State of Texas, provides general public transportation services in a nine-county area in Central Texas. HCTD is soliciting proposals for management services for an Interim General Manager intended to be a bridge between HCTD’s current state of operations and the hiring of a permanent General Manager. HCTD is interested in contracting for a qualified transit manager to provide management services for its day-to-day public transportation operations, assist in the implementation of recommendations of a 2021 transit study, optimize cost-effectiveness, increase ridership, provide superior customer service, and assist with financial planning and stability, staff development, innovation, schedule adherence and the image of the fleet and system.

The Golden Crescent Regional Planning Commission (GCRPC) is seeking bids for one (1) portable bus wash unit capable of washing the exterior of our service vehicles within minutes. Our fleet consists of mini-vans, full-size vans, sport utility vehicle (SUV), small and medium cutaway buses. The unit shall clean the exterior of the vehicles for general required maintenance and to improve the public image of our public transportation services.
