The Corpus Christi Regional Transportation Authority (CCRTA) is seeking proposals from firms interested in the Purchase, Restoration, and Repurposing of the Kleberg Bank Building.

Proposals will be received at the offices of the Corpus Christi Regional Transportation Authority, hereinafter called the “CCRTA”, at 602 N. Staples Street, Corpus Christi, Texas 78401 or by email at procurement@ccrta.org until 3:00 p.m. (CST) Tuesday, July 11, 2023 for the Purchase, Restoration, and Repurposing of the Kleberg Bank Building located at 4211 Ayers St., Corpus Christi, TX 78415.
Proposals will be valid for six (6) months from the proposal due date. Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted and will be returned to the Proposer unopened.


PROPOSERS may tour/inspect the Kleberg Bank Building by appointment only between January 24, 2023 through July 05, 2023. The Texas Transit Association (TTA) is performing a competitive procurement for the services of administering and providing a State-wide Comprehensive Training Program.

TTA intends to solicit proposals for developing a comprehensive training program designed to provide regularly scheduled training courses to support the operational and management needs of transit staff across the State. The purpose of the RFP is to develop a comprehensive training schedule and conduct face-to-face and virtual training courses ranging from half a day to three days in length.

Request for Proposals For A Transit Scheduling Software – Rolling Plains Management Corporation, Posted on 10/10/22

RFP for Transit Scheduling Software

Rolling Plains Management Corporation is requesting proposals, priced on a fixed price basis, from qualified sources, to provide and deploy up-to-date transit scheduling software in order to better streamline scheduling and dispatching processes and procedures. The system should include, full range of operating and management functions and multiple scheduling profiles to support RPMC’s demand-response services. The capabilities for rural public transportation trip reservations, scheduling and dispatching, fare collection system, vehicle maintenance, tracking and reporting. The system should provide, also as a minimum, the ability to reduce paperwork (trip manifest, no-show/cancel reports, vehicle maintenance), reduce duplication of data entry, accurate billing reports, visibility of vehicle locations (Automatic Vehicle Locator/GPS), trip status, ability to record and auto sync data when in no service areas, the ability to integrate to Medicaid contractors and/or other entities, and compliance with all Americans with Disabilities Act regulations and all other regulations for other funding sources, including but not limited to Protected Health Information and HIPPA.
