Legacy Resource Group is a full service organization that provides management consulting, strategic development, organizational planning, technical assistance , and research. Legacy Resource clients include, top tier construction firms, engineering and design firms, transportation authorities, and an array of small to medium sized firms providing products and services to the public transportation and aviation industry.
The firms principal, Huelon Harrison brings over thirty years of corporate, public, and private sector experience to the team. Legacy Resource Group has established itself in a a role as a relationship facilitator, with a successful record of helping large firms identify and engage with firms that can bring unique skills, ideas, and capacity to perform at a high level. These coordinating efforts have yielded award winning teams that have performed well on high profile capital projects.
Harrison has been active in the community as well as serving in various roles on a national level. He has served as board chair of the Dallas Black Chamber of Commerce, Dallas Area Rapid Transit, Dallas Urban Rehabilitation Standards Board, and West Dallas Communutiy Centers. He currently serves on the American Public Transportation Association (APTA) board of directors and sits on the Executive Commitee. Harrison also serves on APTA’s Business Members Board of Governors. Locally, he serves as chair of the Dallas Community Development Commission.
