Updated Statement
March 27, 2020
The continuing crisis in relation to the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) has made it necessary for us to postpone the 2020 Community Transportation EXPO. Coming to this decision has not been easy, but the concerns for the health and safety of our attendees left us no other choice.
The new dates for the EXPO will be Sunday, November 15 through Thursday, November 19, 2020. We hope that you will be able to join us in then. All current EXPO registrations will be transferred to the new dates. Everyone currently registered for the EXPO will receive an Email with instructions for canceling or modifying your registration if needed.
For folks who have not yet registered, we are working on updating the registration page on the website. This will be online soon.
If you have made a reservation with our hotel partner, Omni Louisville, the hotel will automatically cancel your reservation as long as the reservation was booked in the CTAA room block using CTAA’s customized booking link. If you booked outside of the CTAA room block and/or through a third party or if you have any questions about your reservations, please contact the hotel directly at 502.313.6664. The Omni is working on a customized reservation link for our new dates of November 15-19. As soon as the link is ready, it will be posted to the website. You will need to rebook your reservation for the new dates.
Please contact Charles Dickson at dickson@ctaa.org or 202.247.8356 with additional questions.

Mobility management professionals will have a double-header Tuesday at this year’s CTAA EXPO! Register for the forum here. The event will also be livecast for those who wish to participate remotely.
