The Texas Transit Association (TTA) is excited to announce the dates for our 2025 State Annual Conference, Expo, and Roadeo! Mark your calendars because you don’t want to miss timely general sessions, in-depth breakout sessions, and training, along with plenty of networking opportunities with your friends and colleagues from across the transit industry.
Conference
The TTA Annual Conference 2025 is an exciting and enriching event for transit professionals across the state. The conference includes dynamic general sessions featuring keynote speakers who will challenge perspectives and spark innovation. Over 30 breakout sessions covering various topics will allow attendees to gain valuable insights, explore new ideas, and leave with actionable strategies to apply in their roles.
Pre-conference workshops are offered at no cost on Sunday, March 9, 2025. Attendees can choose from four engaging topics and a two-day Maintenance Training. Explore the course descriptions and secure your spot.
The conference kicks off with a welcome reception in beautiful Oval Park and a memorable Big Night Out at the iconic Quinta Mazatlán, a historic adobe mansion and urban sanctuary that promises a truly unforgettable evening.
An extra highlight: TxDOT will host its Semiannual Operators’ meeting on Wednesday, March 12, 2025.

Roadeo
The 2025 State Roadeo is an opportunity to honor and showcase the exceptional skills of transit operators and maintenance teams. The competition will be held on March 7 and 8, 2025, featuring 40 ft, 35 ft, van/paratransit divisions, and Maintenance Teams.
